We begin on  our journey north, passing through quaint towns and Namibian farmland, and our  aim is  to arrive at Anderson Gate by mid-afternoon. As we enter Etosha, we will begin our game drive to Okaukuejo, Etosha’s main camping and resort area.

After we enjoy dinner tonight, there will be opportunities to view big game by a waterhole, illuminated for a portion of the night by floodlight. This specific waterhole has been described as one of the finest game viewing in Southern Africa, and it is not uncommon to see Black Rhino, Elephant, Lion and numerous species of antelope.

This afternoon and evening, feel free to explore the property, taking advantage of the swimming pool, restaurant, bar or gift shop.

We rise early today, to take full advantage of the cool morning air, and active wildlife in the park. Making our way to Halali camp near the center of the park, we will visit waterholes teeming with activity, enjoying sweeping views of the Etosha Pan as we drive. Throughout the year, game viewing is extraordinary in this area, so keep your eyes and lenses open!

For a relaxed lunch, we will stop in Halali camp, having the opportunity to make use of the swimming pool and bar! After our leisurely lunch stop, we will continue to the eastern side of the park, arriving in the afternoon at Namutoni Rest Camp.

From and elevated viewing deck, we will have an excellent vantage point of the King Nehale waterhole. Enjoy the views, wildlife and incredible sunset!

Our accomodation tonight is comfortable and has incredible amenities to enjoy, including two restaurants, boutique, bar and bookstore.

We will make a longer stop in the town of Okahandja, home of the largest wood carving market in Namibia. Here we can browse the co-op shops and stalls, hopefully finding something that cannot be left behind to bring home.
